Vince from The Good Guys at Mile End is an absolutely brilliant example of a "good guy". I have bought very large and expensive items from The Good Guys at Mile End such as fridges, washing machines, televisions and sound bars. I have also purchased numerous smaller items like blenders, toasters, kettles, coffee machines and vacuums. I have always been treated with courtesy and good old fashioned customer service and I would not shop anywhere else for my electrical goods. I highly recommend putting your trust and hard earned money on your purchases from a store where the customer is still important as it's a rare thing these days. Thank you very much Vince. Ordered a dishwasher for delivery, installation and removal of old broken dishwasher. Service was absolutely above and beyond. The guys who installed it while I was at work even started the first wash so that when I came home it was ready to be used!
I visited this store to get an idea of the conventional microwaves on offer. One of the sales people, Tang, was most helpful. When I enquired about the gift vouchers on offer through Solarhart, he and Paul ensured I was correctly signed up.
The store is neat and tidy and they even have a section for kitchen benches etc.

cannot speak highly enough about service today. rang to get historical information about the LG dishwasher which was not working and spoke to Vince. He gave me the information i wanted (purchase date) and then asked what the problem was. I told him and he told me simply how to fix it myself rather than call out a technician. Took me all of 5 minutes. thanks a million Vince.

I purchased a microwave over 10 weeks ago. Numerous delays have abounded and long story short, I couldn't wait any longer and bought a second hand microwave.
The process to cancel the order that is hanging in the balance of no man's land has been atrocious.
Firstly, it's suggested that a cancellation can be made via the live chat system.
So hey I've done this, the following day I get a text saying they need more information.. Wondering if they need the deed to my house after the info I've already provided.
So anyway, I call. The telephone tree states that they are very busy, with massive delays. But never fear, we can sms you with a link to live chat.
Wow that's convenient I think. So, along comes the link and I follow it.
PAGE NOT FOUND.
So Good Guys, I'll wait two days for your refund, and then I'm issuing a Consumer and Business Services notice to you giving you 7 days to pay or have CBS investigate your practices around refunds.
Never buying from Good Guys again.
